Hello everyone, I've been using a Tech2 for over five years now, and while it has been quite helpful, I often find it to be unreliable. A few weeks ago, I used it without a hitch all weekend, but today I encountered a problem while trying to program a new DDM (switchpack). My Tech2 doesn't seem to communicate with my PC anymore. I suspect the issue lies with my HP laptop running Windows XP, as I ran the RS-232 self-test on the Tech2, and it passed successfully. I've attempted various tasks that require communication between the Tech2 and the PC, including the screen mirroring feature, but I keep receiving an E625 error indicating that no communication can be established. The only recent change I made was running CAN2Flasher for the first time, and I'm wondering if it might have reconfigured my COM port. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and found a solution?
