neo 8 loader - offline version

Dear All.

Im offering a loader for neo 8 from vadis where you dont need anymore internet connection and geniue license.

Loader can works at any PC with Windows 7.8.10
Loader have latest calculations and module's.

Keep at mind whole calculations are done in Loader, not at Vadis server like in geniue apps. My loader guarantee 100y expired date and is limited to 1 HW PC.
